NFS crash?

The Question is:

 
We have an OpenVMS Alpha system running TCPIP v. 5.1 eco3 that crashes when we
 try to map an NFS drive from an NT server. Why is this occurring ?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact the support center.  Expect to be asked for specific
  details of the system crash, and of the current NFS configuration,
  and of the OpenVMS ECO level.
 
  Please consider an upgrade to to TCP/IP Services V5.3 ECO 1, or later.
