DNS/BIND configuration, failover?

The Question is:

 
Is there a way to set up two dns servers (one primary the other a failover) in
 UCX, similar to two entries you can make in NT and Unix? What would the UCX
 commands be?

  Please move to a current TCP/IP release, and please read the
  available documentation on configuring DNS and DNS failover.
