Reconfiguring TCP/IP?

The Question is:

 
I have been reload system from tape with IP XX and host XX to microVAX machine
 that was having different IP, and now this machine running with the IP XX but
 I can not ping or telnet to it IP self. Its look like error in defining the
 ethernet card. How to
fix it?

  Please see the OpenVMS FAQ for discussions of changing the node name
  and related details.  Also please see the TCP/IP package for details
  of re-configuring IP.  If TCP/IP Services V4.2, use UCX$CONFIG.COM.
