The Question is:

 
We have some trouble to use this program to synchronize our dtss server to a
 tru64 unix ntp server.We desire some documentation and help to
customize,compile and resolve troubleshooting.
(no time synchronisation)

  Please see the DTSS$NTP_PROVIDER.C discussion in the FAQ.  In
  particular, please acquire the copy of this module from the
  DECnet-Plus V7.3 or later distribution kit.
