HP Certification of Oracle Products?

The Question is:

 
Oracle says (via metalink) that Oracle 8i (8.1.7.3/4) and 9i will be certified
 against TCPIP 5.3 and VMS 7.3-1 by HP/Compaq (as opposed to by Oracle).
 
Is this true and if so where do I status or a schedule?
 

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is not aware of any plans for HP to certify the
  support of Oracle products, as configuration support is ultimately
  a Oracle decision.
 
  That said, HP does provide testing assistance and testing feedback
  to Oracle, and thus does provide input into the support decisions
  made by Oracle; decisions concerning Oracle support of Oracle
  products running on HP OpenVMS platforms.
