QMAN-E-NODISKSPACE, disk space not available?

The Question is:

 
My hard drive is full and when I try to boot my system I receive the error:
 disk space not available for queue manager to continue.
 
This error keeps appearing and the system will not boot .. I know where the
 file is on my system that is taking up all the space, but I can't get on my
 system to remove it. What can I do?
