I've seen this before (years before) but without DSNlink I don't know how to
figure out how to get the port to work.
The Answer is :
Please resolve the networking or configuration problem; your
target LTA6103: port device is not set up correctly (see the
LAT$SYSTARTUP.* file), or the target LAT port associated with
the LTA6103: port is incorrectly configurated or malfunctioning
(check the remote port on the associated terminal server, and
ensure that settings such as remote and modem are correct, and
ensure that the wiring from the LAT port to the remote device
is correct; see HELP/MESSAGE HANGUP), or the network connection
is incorrectly configured or malfunctioning.

the configuration will be required.
