Printing (converting, displaying) PDF files?

The Question is:

 
Is there a way to print a PDF file from OpenVMS 7.1-2?
 

The Answer is :

 
  This involves using a tool to translate the PDF to another format that
  is supported by the printer(s), or the printer(s) would have to support
  the PDF format directly.
 
  OpenVMS itself does not provide PDF conversion routines nor PDF display
  tools, though there are various PDF tools available for use on OpenVMS.
