The Question is:
I have to remove the 2nd alpha 4100 Server and
the Vax4000-300, so it leaves me just 1 Alpha4100 server which i connect (dssi)
to the
Sw800 first Hscp01 controller.
1) Question:
As the Vax is removed from the 2nd controller
do I need to terminate this 2nd controller port, or can i leave it open and
still be dual redundant with only one controller connected
with 1 alphaServer 4100.

The Answer is :
Yes, a DSSI bus does require proper termination. That said, there are
a variety of ways that DSSI buses and DSSI controllers can be connected.
Please contact your hardware support organization for assistance in
reconfiguring your DSSI bus and your system hardware.
