  Please review the OpenVMS Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for the
  answer to this question, and for associated details -- search for
  the text string "DECmigrate" in the text version of the FAQ.
 
  DECmigrate itself is not supported, and was retired some time ago.
  (If/when support details or version availability changes, relevent
  information will be highlighted at the DECmigrate website.)
