The Question is:
These error messages appears with a DE500-AA adapter installed in the system,
but not with a DE435 adapter or DE500-XA.
Why?
The Answer is :
The DE500-AA connection is not being correctly negotiated,
or there is a missing ECO, or there is a problem with the
network cabling associated with the DE500-AA, or there is
a problem with the DE500-AA controller itself.
