The Answer is :
This is an unresolved symbol within a LINK.
The OpenVMS Wizard will assume the symbols are sys_nerr and sys_errlist,
and not sys-nerr and sys-errlist.
Please apply the available mandatory ECO kits for OpenVMS -- including
the ACRT kit -- and -- if this is your code -- please remember to include
the C header file for the referenced symbol and routine definitions. In
this case, sys_nerr and sys_errlist are part of perror.h.
For problems with the Oracle installation, please contact Oracle support.
Please confirm support of the OpenVMS version, and the prerequisite ECOs.
