In one of your responses to a time related question (Time6) you said that
 "third-party vendors offer various IRIG-based reader/generator modules for
 OpenVMS systems".
 
Who are the third-party vendors?

  You have confused the OpenVMS Wizard with the maintainer of the
  OpenVMS FAQ.  While this misrouting is understandable, you will
  want to direct questions and updates associated with the OpenVMS
  FAQ to the maintainer of the FAQ and not to the OpenVMS Wizard.

  Various PCI-based IRIG controllers exist (though an OpenVMS device
  driver may be required), and various implementations of NTP (see
  the NTP software available at udel.edu that is referenced in the
  FAQ, among other sources) have at least some IRIG support.
 
  Compaq currently offers the 2T-IRIGB-PM option; a custom IRIG product
