Green Graphics?

The Question is:

 
Hi,
 
I am using a DEC VAXstation 4000 Model 60. I believe that my OpenVMS version is
 5.5-1.
 
My problem is: all my text and graphics are displayed in green and black color
 only. Is it possible to change my display to support 256 colors? If so, what
 is the DCL command to change the color settings?

  graphics monitor and the graphics controller in use.
