How to generete a ECU diskette for an AlphaServer 800?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  The EISA Configuration Utility (ECU) diskette is provided with the
  AlphaServer or AlphaStation system, and (due to licensing restrictions)
  is not something that can be copied or otherwise generated locally.
 
  If you do not have the ECU disks that were provided with the system
  (or the permissible diskette backup), you will have to order a new
  diskette.
 
  The Compaq order number (part number) for a replacement ECU diskette is:
 
    QA-01YAA-HC
 
  Newer versions of the ECU utility are backward compatible with earlier
