Updating DECnet-Plus DTSS time?

How can I set forward the time in DTSS?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  To adjust the time on the DECdts (DTSS) time server, use the NCL tool,
  and specifically the NCL command:
 
    update [node node-id] dtss time [absolute-time]
