The Question is:
I want to copy some files from a VMS system disk to the floppy drive diskette,
how to do it? Can the files on the floppy can be accessed by a PC later ?

Please see the OpenVMS FAQ, and please see the attached list of
previous discussions.
You will need a tool on OpenVMS that reads and writes PC-format floppies
or you will need a tool on the PC that reads and writes OpenVMS-format
floppies. Tools for both options are available, please see the Freeware
and see the OpenVMS FAQ. IP and networking would, of course, be easier.
