Reporting bugs against Mozilla?

The Question is:

 
I am running Mozilla V0.9 which I donwloaded from the CPQ website, on my
 Alphastation running OVMS V7.3 and TCPIP V5.1.
 
Firstly Mozilla does not display a cursor when it should in text boxes etc.
Second it does not seem to work with our proxy server, it fails to find any
 external addresses.
 
All of this worked when I was using Netscape for VMS.
