Reconfigure IP Printer Queues?

I have a microvax 4400. How do you change the IP address of the vax and the
 printer queues?

  (General information on node name and node address information is
  listed in the OpenVMS FAQ.)
 
  For the host: UCX$CONFIG.COM.
 
  For the print queue, that depends on the particular protocol and
  mechanism (DCPS, LPR, Telnet) used to access the printer.  For LPR,
