The Question is:

 
I have already revised OpenVMS faq and I want upgrade my AlphaServer.
I wish know if the upgrade from OpenVMS 7.2 to  7.2-1 is free.
If these patches are public and free, Where can I download its?

The Answer is :

 
  OpenVMS Alpha V7.2-1 is a maintenance release of OpenVMS, and
  is not presently available for unrestricted downloads.
 
  Please contact your Compaq reseller or Compaq representative
  directly.  Pricing and availability, and information on the
  available software support and software upgrades is available
