Concerning Qt - I searched and did find someone else that have ported Qt to
OpenVMS:

I noticed that GTK is included in the OpenVMS freeware. I'm forwarding this
link in case Compaq is interested in balancing the playing field with another
player - just as big (or small) as GTK.

The OpenVMS Ask The Wizard area is not the most appropriate nor reliable
mechanism for submitting kits for inclusion onto the OpenVMS Freeware,
though the OpenVMS Wizard has passed your request along. For details
on the prefered (and far more reliable) submission process for future
