Seeking OpenVMS PAKGEN PAK Generator?

The Question is:

 
We have PAKGEN running on a VAX.  This is the last application running on the
 VAX and we would like to transfer this to the ALPHA.  Is this available for
 the ALPHA and how do I proceed to replace the current PAKGEN license
 (QL-YWPA9-AA).

The Answer is :

 
  PAKGEN capabilities are now available (on OpenVMS V7.2 and later,
  on both OpenVMS VAX and OpenVMS Alpha) for members of the Compaq
  Solutions Alliance (CSA) program.
 
  If you are a member of CSA, please contact the CSA technical support
  organization using the CSA webpage, and request a PAKGEN PAK.
