No output from Compaq Analyze?

The Question is:

I am running OpenVMS 7.2-1H1 on an Alpha GS160 and when I try to use Compaq
 Analyze to analyze the log I get a memory problem.
$ ca x analyze  it.err (a file with just todays errors, used FILTERLOG to create)
And nothing is generated. What am I doing wrong?

The Answer is :

  Please Contact the Compaq Customer Support Center, as details of
  your Compaq Analyze version and environment will be required.
  (If you are not using the current version, please upgrade.)
