The Answer is :

 
  The section "How many bytes are in a disk block?" -- this section
  is included in the OpenVMS FAQ -- will be of interest to you.  (Per
  the listing of the prefixes -- such as "mega" -- in the OpenVMS FAQ
  section "What are the prefixes for the powers of ten?", you can convert
  the number of bytes into the number of megabytes through division by
