Communcations with Microsoft Windows?

The Question is:

How can i make a call from our Open VMS system to an ASP script on an NT server?

The Answer is :

Via http from an http client on OpenVMS, most commonly.

DCOM/COM and (native) IP are other approaches for communications
  across hosts.

An example http client (in C) is available on the OpenVMS Freeware
V5.0 distribution, in the directory VOUTERS. Lynx and various other
http clients (web browsers) are also available.
