The Question is:

 
How can I forward DECmail to my Microsoft Outlook e-mail?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  To enable forwarding of mail, check the OpenVMS MAIL utility command
  SET FORWARD.  The DECmail environment has a similar command.
 
  You will need a valid SMTP receiver on the target patform, though the
  target platform itself matters not.  You will also need TCP/IP Services
  or other IP stack and an associated SMTP tool configured on OpenVMS.
