Can I setup a DECServer 700 via a Alpha ES40? Does the Alpha perform MOM
 download services?
 

The Answer is :

 
  LANCP (OpenVMS V6.2 and later), DECnet Phase IV, and DECnet-Plus can
  all perform MOP operations.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard would typically use LANCP to register the download
  image for this particular device.
 
  The LANCP commands involved would be SET NODE and SET NODE/PERM, and
