SET PASSWORD insufficient SPTEs? (INSFSPTS)

The Question is:

 
What SYSGEN paramters controls size of SPTEs?
 
On command SET PASS/GEN=8 I get following error message:
 
INSFSPTS,  insufficient SPTEs available
 
 
How can solve this problem?
 

The Answer is :

 
  On OpenVMS Alpha V7.0 and later, the number of System Page Table
  Entries (SPTEs) available is controlled by AUTOGEN and by the
  amount of physical memory present in the OpenVMS Alpha system.
 
  Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center directly, as this
  is an unusual and unexpected error for the SET PASSWORD command.
