Configuring DE500-xx Ethernet?

The Question is:

 
I have an Alpha 2100a and a DE500-AA installed and currently set to run at
 10bt.  I would like to set to 100bt.  how do I configure for 100bt?
 

The Answer is :

 
  Please first upgrade to V7.1-2 or V7.2-1 and ECOs, please upgrade
  to current SRM console firmware, and please then see the existing
  DE500 topics here in Ask The Wizard.  In particular, please see
  the existing topics (3252) and (2961) -- the console environment
  variables used are the same across the DE500-xx series -- and see
  the OpenVMS Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section on the DE500.
