The Question is:

 
Is there an RDATE command for UCX?  Help is proving difficult.
 

The Answer is :

 
  The r commands have a chapter in the TCP/IP Services documentation.
 
  There is no rdate command, though there may well be rdate source
  code around that can be compiled and used on OpenVMS.
