Tools to display GIF files?

The Question is:

 
Using VMS 5.5-2 and 6.1, the xwpick command to
capture screen pictures, is there a viewer available to view GIF files on the
 vax platform.
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  Most any web browser can display GIF files, as can Xv and other
