Seeking (Freeware) Menu System?

The Question is:

 
Do you recommend or know of any freeware menu systems (DCL based preferred)?
 
I did find OMI (Oscar's Menu Interpreter) http://software.oveas.net/omi/prod.html
but wanted a response from the Wizard too..
