SET PRINTER CLI Syntax Error?

The Question is:

 
 I want to setup a printer queue,when I use 'set' DCL command as below.
$SET PRINTER/CR LRA0:
It display a error
%CLI-F-SYNTAX,error parsing 'RESET'
-CLI-E-ENTNF,specified entity not found in commond tables
 
Why? & what can I do?
 

The Answer is :

 
  You have installed an ECO kit that replaced the set.exe image without
  also updating the DCL tables.  There is an updated ECO kit to correct
