DQS printing via TCP/IP Services?

The Question is:

 
Can DQS utilize TCP/IP for the link between client and server nodes?  If not,
 any plans for this in the future?
 

The Answer is :

 
  No, and no.
 
  You can use the available lpr/lpd mechanism to print remotely via IP.
