FTP Output Buffer Overflow?

The Question is:

 
When I use FTP to transport files, the system shutdown with this error:
 
%TCPIP-E-INETERROR, internet interface error
-SYSTEM-S-BUFFEROVF, output buffer overflow
 
 
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  Once you are running TCP/IP Services V5.0A with ECO or
  V5.1, please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center.
 
  If you are not running one of these releases, please move
  to (at least) V5.0A with the current ECO, and try to
  duplicate the problem.
 
  Details of the FTP command used, versions, contents of any
  IP or FTP log files, and details of the remote system will
