BACKUP/IMAGE and EXQUOTA exceeded quota?

The Question is:

 
Every since i upgraded the alpha from open vms 7.1 to 7.2-1, i have expirienced
 exceed quotas on one of the image backup.
I have checked the process quotas it looks fine.
Please help

The Answer is :

 
  If you have not already done so, please review the process quota
  recommendations in the system management documentation.
 
  As a start, increase the PGFLQUOTA setting, and apply the current
  mandatory ECO kits for OpenVMS Alpha V7.2-1.
 
  If the problem persists, you wil then want to contact the Compaq
  Customer Support Center.  Expect to be asked details of the disk(s)
  or tape(s) involved, the process quota settings, and the BACKUP
