The Question is:

 
Hi,
 
How can I get the CPU wait times and Disk I/O wait times  for my OpenVMS Alpha
 Servers ?

The Answer is :

 
  No such counters exist directly within OpenVMS, you would need to
  poll the process states and the I/O queues (based on recorded data
  from the MONITOR utility or otherwise) at periodic intervals.
