Configure Advanced Server BDC for SAM?

The Question is:

 
How can Advanced Server 6.0C ECO1 acting as BDC in an NT domain be configured
 to do regular SAM synchronizations?
 

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard would assume this should work entirely automatically.
 
  Make certain the NETLOGON service is started, and ensure the NETBIOS
  name of the PDC can be resolved by the OpenVMS BDC.  As a suggestion,
  try pinging the NETBIOS name.
 
  If this configuration still doesn't work, please contact the Compaq
  Customer Support Center directly, as additional information and
