I have a user who has written a lot of custom menus for his Open Windows
desktop, and wants to know how to move them over to CDE (DECWindows). I have
looked all over for anything about this, but have not found any hints. Please
help.

For details of CDE and of available CDE customizations on OpenVMS,
please see the DECwindows documentation set.
As the OpenVMS Wizard does not know the particular details of the
"custom menus" referenced nor details of the "Open Windows" desktop,
please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center for assistance.
Specific examples and version information will likely be required.
The Common Desktop Environment (CDE) is implemented by DECwindows,
and the OpenVMS CDE implementation is generally compatible with that
on various other platforms, though some CDE implementations will have
differing sets of features available.
