The Question is:

 
Dear Wizard,
 
OpenVMS User Manual (for OpenVMS Version 7.2) says that specification files for
 High-Performance Sort/Merge utility will be supported in a future OpenVMS
 release. Is it supported in version 7.3 ?

The Answer is :

 
  Though V7.3 has not shipped as of this writing (December 2000), the
  OpenVMS Wizard does not expect to see this feature included in V7.3.
