Installing VXT Software?

The Question is:

 
How do I install VXT-software v 2.1G from the
freeware CD to an InfoServer 1000?
 
I have created the service called vxt_update on the infoserver, but what files
 shuld be put there in order for the 'UPGRADE VXT' command to work.
