Deleting queue entries retained on error?

The Question is:

 
I'm looking for a command procedure with which I can delete queue entries form
 queues that are retained on error. I've used such a procedure ages ago and I
 know I got it from somewhere. I didn't create it myself. I can but I thought
 it was on the freeware
 CD but I can't find it anymore. Do you know where I might have gotten it from
 in the past. I believe I had it about 7 to 8 years ago
