The Question is:

 
Someone installed NT using a new AlphaBIOS, but I need to reinstall OpenVMS
 from scratch!
 
What are the steps.
 
The only reference is:
ALPHA21. How do I switch between AlphaBIOS/ARC and SRM consoles?
 
But I cant find:
a) The registered OS's in order to select one of them. They are not registered!
b) The list command shows:
   Dev    Rev     Filename    Updrev
   fsv    3.1     fsb_fw        3.1
   fw     5.70    nt_fw       Missing file
c) CPU is Alpha164LX.
