Enabling TCP/IP Services? (REXEC)?

The Question is:

 
How to enable REXEC.  WHen I give the command: UCX ENABLE REXEC,
 
I get the message: Unrecognized keyword.

  To configure TCP/IP Services, please use the TCPIP$CONFIG tool.
