Seeking device driver for third-party PCI widget?

The Question is:

 
Is there an ISDN Package available for OpenVMS/alpha?
I  want to plug in an AVM Fritz!Card PCI into my AlphaServer 400 4/233. Will it
 be supported? Which software do I need?

  The OpenVMS Wizard is not aware of a device driver for OpenVMS for this
