The Question is:
When generating a colour postscript file using GKS V6.5 (the latest from
Sep2000 CONDIST), a preceding blank page is generated in the postscript code.
This is caused by an extra, un-necessary SHOWPAGE command generated by the GKS
device handler for PS. Is
there any way to overcome this, as it only happens in colour PS files, not in
mono.
The Answer is :
Based on your description, the OpenVMS Wizard will assume this is not
the often ubiquitous blank-page printing problem reported with various
printers -- see topic 1020 -- olease contact the Compaq Customer Support
Center directly for assistance in resolving this apparently problem in
the GKS Postscript generation code.
