The Question is:

 
Hi,
 
Is it possible to view a static html page
which is on VAX/VMS with UCX from PC with
Internet Explorer or Netscape Comunicator
... but without web server software on VAX/VMS ?

The Answer is :

 
  Ignoring all of the extraneous software pieces, yes, there are ways
  to view files residing on OpenVMS from other platforms -- using the
  NFS protocol is one such approach.
 
  That said, there are several good web servers (apache, OSU, FastTrack)
  available for OpenVMS platforms -- though your OpenVMS version is rather
  old, and getting something for it may prove rather more involved.
 
  Check the OpenVMS Freeware and FAQ for some of the available tools.
