DCPS queue busy, but not printing?

The Question is:

 
Configuring Printer for IP access (OpenVMS 7.2-1)
under DCPS V1.7 (Dcpsaxp017):
 
I try to configure several printers:
  -> DL3500 (Dec)
  -> LaserWriter 16/600 PS (Apple LW)
 
Printing on DL3500 using LAT port works well.
   -> P2 = NODE::"serial/LTA9001"
 
Printing on DL3500 using TCPIP port doesn't works
   -> P2 = NODE::"ip_cpap/xx.xx.xx.xx"
   -> P2 = NODE::"ip_rawtcp/xx.xx.xx.xx:10001"
   The execution queue always enter in busy state
   while the Job is starting and nothing happens.
 
I have the same problem using an Apple LW over IP
Of course I can access the LW using TELNET & this
printer is well working when used via a Macintosh
or an ALPHAstation running Tru64 UNIX.
 
- Do you have the answer for my troubles ?
 
- Were can I found the documentation to configure
  the printer queues ?
