Suppressing HP Printer Banner Page?

The Question is:

 
I am running ucx version 4.2 ECO 2 and printing to an HP4000. My problem is we
 keep getting a header page before every job. I have a locical set
 "UCX$TELNETSYM_SURPRESS_FORMFEEDS" = "34" which does not seem to resolve the
 issue. Just wondering if you have
 any ideas.
 

The Answer is :

  Check your spelling of the logical name.
  It should be "SUPPRESS", not "SURPRESS".
 
  If the banner looks something like the following, it is generated
  by the printer and not by OpenVMS:
 
  User : SYSTEM
  Host : foo.bar
  Class : Job: JobName
