The Question is:
In backing up DLT tape to disk, I get insufficient space. How can I backup
selected files. Also how do I find out how much space I have available on my
hard disk?
The Answer is :
Please see the BACKUP documentation in the system manager's manual
for details on how to use BACKUP. Please also see the information
in the OpenVMS FAQ on BACKUP and /NOALIAS, as as well as the
information on (the difficulty of) estimating the amount of space
remaining on a magnetic tape or other sequential media.
